Clique is an app for iOS and Android that allows users to connect socially, share and find unique experiences, and earn an income doing the things they are most passionate about. Users are able to create a listing to offer their events or activities and other users are able to book and pay for these with ease.
Signing up to Clique is easy, simply download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play and follow the steps provided. If you continue to have any issues please contact us using the contact form on our website. Links to these can be found on our home page.
Check that you are connected to the internet. Check that you have installed the newest version of the Clique app. Ensure that you are using a unique email address that has not already been linked to an existing Clique app account. Users on Clique may only hold one account per email address. Check that there are no missing characters when creating your password. Spaces are not accepted as characters for passwords. Ensure that the cell phone number you have provided is correct. We may use your number to verify your account. If you are still having issues use our contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Check that you are connected to the internet. Check that you have installed the newest version of the Clique app. Make sure that the email address and password are entered correctly. Check for missing characters and be sure not to use any spaces. You may need to use the "forgot password" option to reset your password if you have forgotten it. Try to close down the app, re-start it and try logging in again. Uninstall and reinstall the app and try logging in again. If you are still having issues use our contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Don't worry it happens to the best of us. Sometimes we forget whats on our grocery list and other times its our passwords. Resetting your password is simple. Just open the Clique app, on the login screen you will see an option that says "forgot password" just click this and follow the steps. Booking an event is simple, our app will guide you through the process as you use it. First you will need to download the Clique app and create an account. All of the current listings on Clique will be displayed on your home page in the app, just click the one you like and follow the steps from there to book yourself in or to request a spot.
Listing an event is simple, our app will guide you through the process as you use it. First you will need to download the Clique app and create an account. Once you have logged in go to the menu and press "create listing" and follow the steps from there to list your event.
In short, No - Clique is setup to sell events or activities only. Physical items cannot be such as household goods can not be listed on Clique, you need to head over to Facebook market place or Ebay for that. However if you create an event or activity that includes a product or item for the buyer as part of the experience or event this is acceptable.
Its easy to withdraw the funds you have earned or deposited from your Clique Wallet. Just login to your account on the app and go to Menu>Wallet>Withdraw and follow the steps given by the app from there. Please note from time to time we may request more information from you for verification purposes.
As a guest an event or activity is fully refundable if it is cancel within 24 hrs of purchasing it. If a guest wishes not to attend or cancel outside this time period no refund will be issued. Occasionally there may be certain circumstances that may allow the guest to cancel, for more information please refer to our full Cancelations policy.
Our team takes all disputes, complaints and reports very seriously. If a dispute is opened we will notify all users involved and hold any funds associated with the dispute. Our team will request information from all users and investigate the claims made. After the investigation is completed all users will be notified of the decision. No – While snake may take an epic amount of computing power to play, the screen on the 3310 is unfortunately unable to handle the epicness that’s contained in the Clique App.
